Job Description
 
• Ensure monthly payroll process is going on-time
• BPJS & Medical Insurance
• Other benefit such us employee benefit, communication allowance, etc.
• Having knowledge in Personal Income Tax (especially Tax Art. 21/26) is a must
• Maintain employee’s HRIS Database
• Having knowledge in HR Indonesia law & regulation
• Having knowledge in expatriate working permit documents (KITAS, IMTA, etc) is preferable
• Other work related with remuneration & hr administration work
